Register Your Product

Warranty Program

 You must register your product within 7 days of purchase to activate your warranty.

Defective items must be processed using Boutanic’s warranty program.  Please save your receipt as proof of purchase. 

If you purchased the Lifetime Warranty option, your warranty is valid as long as you own your Boutanic styling tool, otherwise the standard product warranty coverage is one year.  Please save your receipt as proof of purchase.  The warranty becomes invalid if the product has been misused, altered, tampered with, connected to an electric supply not corresponding with the name plate specification, or subject to power surges.  Warranty does not extend to styling tools purchased from an unauthorized dealer.    

If your BOUTANIC product fails to operate satisfactorily, please follow the instructions below to receive your product replacement.  We do not refurbish or repair items, a new Boutanic product will be sent.  Allow 2-4 weeks for processing.  Any model that is no longer available will be replaced by a model of similar value and features. 

  1. Submit a Warranty Claim found on the Boutanic website: http://www.boutanic.com/warranty-claim/boutanic-under-warranty-product-replacement

  2. Pay the $29.99 warranty deductible plus shipping fees.

  3. Carefully cut the cord at the base of the flat iron, where the cord meets your product.

  4. Take a picture of the product with the power cord cut at the base and ensure all parts are included in the picture and are clearly visible.

  5. Please take a picture of your product receipt. If you do not have a receipt and the product warranty was registered, please be sure to include the email, phone number and the registered's name on the warranty claim form.

  6. Email the pictures and the receipt (if available) to info@boutanic.com

Fees: The $29.99 is a claims deductible fee for all product replacements covered under warranty.  The shipping cost will be determined based on ship to region (Domestic vs. International).  These fees must be paid first (step 1 & 2) before we can process your product replacement request.  

Boutanic, Inc. is not responsible for freight forwarding charges, shipping charges, losses or damages while in transit.
